My family is thinking about switching to Dish Network because Direct TV is too expensive. We’re not planning on getting HD or the sports package but sometimes we order the PPV Boxing matches.
Both Satellite TV Providers actually almost have the same price. Direct TV is not expensive it’s just that it contains packages that Dish Network don’t have and vice versa.
If only I’m a sports fan, I would advise to get Direct TV. On the other hand, if you aren’t planning to get HD or sports packages but still wants to get PPV Boxing matches then Dish Network is the right one for you.
Basically, instead of getting sports channel, you will be getting a lot of family entertainment package with almost the same price you’re paying Direct TV but with more entertainment which you prefer.
